Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions Payment for Bookings: Payment by credit card or direct deposit is required at the time of booking. Credit card payments attract a surcharge of 10% plus GST applied by the processing firm and will show on your credit card statement.
Quotes: Quotes which are not accepted within 7 days will lapse.
Cancellations: In the event that the client/passenger cancels their confirmed booking the following terms will apply: Deposits are non refundable. 48 hours notice of cancellation is required prior to the date of travel failing which the full amount will be charged. See special conditions for Weddings and Tours below. “No Show” If a passenger is not present or fails to arrive at the pick up location, the full amount will be charged in addition to excess waiting time, if any.
Soiling or Damage to Vehicle: Passengers are responsible for any damage or soiling they cause to the interior and or exterior of the hired vehicle whilst on hire to them, and will be charged accordingly for any repair or detailing required to restore the vehicle to its condition at the commencement of the hiring.
Alcohol & Food: Alcohol or food may not be consumed in the vehicle.
Peak Demand: For bookings for Public holidays and times of peak demand premium rates will apply.
Weddings & Tours: A non refundable booking fee of 50% of the total cost will be required on the day of booking. The balance payable will be required no later than 1 month prior to the wedding or tour date. Additional Charges: A $3 parking surcharge applies to all airport pickups. Pickups from the International Terminal attract a surcharge of $10 Extra pick up and drop off points en route attract a surcharge of $5 each. Additional waiting time is charged at 25% of the applicable hourly rate for each 15 min or part thereof.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions. Amended terms and conditions will appear on our website as they are made.
